These terms describe the public web experience for Closet+ and how it connects to app-first marketplace actions such as renting, saving, following, checkout, and support.
Using Closet+
Closet+ provides public discovery pages for fashion rental content and app-first workflows for personal actions. You are responsible for using Closet+ lawfully and keeping account credentials secure.
Public previews
Public pages may show profiles, posts, item details, prices, images, availability, and engagement counts. Public previews are informational and may change as content, item status, or availability changes.
Rentals and payments
Rental requests, payments, checkout, returns, disputes, and account-specific support are handled in the Closet+ app. Public web pages do not complete rental transactions.
Creator and user content
Users and creators are responsible for the content they upload, including captions, item images, profile details, and linked posts. Content must not infringe rights, mislead renters, or violate marketplace safety rules.
Partner and item information
Item pages may include partner or owner-provided descriptions, sizing, condition, availability, and images. Closet+ may update, hide, or remove content that is inaccurate, unsafe, unavailable, or not suitable for public display.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Closet+, scrape private information, interfere with service operations, impersonate others, manipulate marketplace activity, or attempt to bypass app authentication for private actions.
Service changes
Closet+ may update public pages, app workflows, item availability, features, pricing presentation, or these terms as the marketplace evolves.
