Closet+ may collect account information, profile details, rental activity, item and post content, support messages, device information, and basic public web analytics. Public web pages are designed to avoid exposing private rental or account details.
How we use information
We use information to operate the marketplace, show public previews, process rental workflows in the app, protect account safety, improve product quality, provide support, and understand aggregate usage.
Public content
Public profiles, posts, item pages, usernames, display names, captions, item metadata, and public images may be visible on the website and in search results when they are intended to be public.
Private account and rental data
Private account actions such as renting, saving, following, payments, checkout, and account-specific support are handled in the mobile app behind authentication.
Analytics and cookies
We keep public web tracking limited to what is needed for reliability, analytics, attribution, security, and app handoff. See the Cookies page for more detail.
Data sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us run hosting, storage, analytics, payments, safety, support, and marketplace operations. We do not sell private rental data.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Closet+, meet legal or safety requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Deleted or archived public content should not remain available on public pages.
